


Jason Wan
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wan was one of the first young businessmen to step into the internet industry in HongKong, he was also the pioneer of introducing e-business into China and always had an undoubted faith in this brand new industry.
In 1997, Mr. Wan gave the HongKong internet business many pleasant surprises, such as establishing the first commercial exchange association. Between 1998 and 2000, under the leading of Mr. Wan, iConcept.net's turnover rocketed from 2 million to 15 million HKD. In 1999, when the Chinese internet brands went public in NASDAQ with the representation of China.com, iConcept became the first company China.com brought; in the same year, China Trade changed its name to BUSYTRADE and made some strategic changes.
From 2000 till now, Mr. Wan had always considered the developing of BusyTrade in the world arena as his first priority. Mr. Wan has a motto: "Work harder, speak less, and good thing will happen to those who can hold on to the very last." This motto has now become the way in which the whole company works. Larry Yulong Zhou
CTO & Co-founder
Mr. Zhou has over 12 years of internet infrastructure and telephony technology experience. As early as 1997, Mr. Zhou designed the first internet ad union in Greater China area, reaching daily PV of 20 million on a single server. He was IT Architect on the AT&T Global Internet Backbone Project and Chief IT Architect at Bloomberg as well as at Merrill Lynch in New York.
Mr. Zhou holds a BS degree from University of Science and Technology of China, dual MS degrees in Computer Science and Material Science from Rutgers University, and he was a PhD candidate in Solid-state Physics at Rutgers University


Helena Geng
Chief Financial Officer
Ms.Geng brings over 11 years of investment, marketing, sales, and consulting experience in the U.S. and China. She is currently the CFO and co-founder of Insight Industrials Limited, a China based manufacturer of permanent magnet high-efficiency electric generators using its own patented technology. Ms.Geng also provided financial advisory services to M-Time, a Guangzhou based online dating company, raising $7 million in VC funding. Prior to Insight Industrials, she worked for Goldman Sachs HongKong in the Investment Management Division where she raised over $90 million in assets for the firm. In Boston and Palo Alto, Ms. Geng worked at Arthur D. Little's Strategy and Finance Management Consulting Division for four years on a wide array of business and financial strategy cases, ranging from market entry, mergers and acquisition, business reorganization to global expansion. She also worked for First USA Bank in various operational roles such as marketing, credit and risk analysis departments.
Ms.Geng received her MBA from Harvard Business School and BS Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management Science (Finance) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
