we want to purchase a large number of Copper ore from your company. The specification as follow:

I.        Commodity:  Copper ore

II.     Specifications:

1. The percent of copper is not less than 20%, the higher the better

2. The percent of sulphur is not exceed than 5%, the less the better.

3. The percent of iron is not exceed than 5%, the less the better.

4. Radioactive is not exceed what China Government Stipulates. (As < 0.50%, Pb < 6.0%, F < 0.10%, Cd < 0.05%, Hg < 0.01%).

III. Quantity: 10000MT per month

IV. Port of Discharge: Qingdao China.

V. Price Formula:

LME Average Price x Cu% x  % = CIF Qingdao/ P. R. China

VI. Payment: Irrevocable L/C at sight.
