We located in east China and specialize in producing solar silicon wafers. We have a great demand of raw silicon materials and our consumption is 8-10 tons/month in this phase and in nealy future,we will double our consumption.
Our basic requirement for silicon materials is : Purity >6N. P type,res>0.5ohm.cm,Ic grade raw materials is prefer.

A  IC grade polysilicon chunk
1. purity>6N and P type res>0.5ohm.cm
2. Boron doped <=0.20ppba
3. P.phospherus doped<= 0.90 ppba
4. Metal doped (include surface)<=30.00 ppba
5. Origin from famous manufacture is prefer
 
B  IC grade top and tail
1. purity>6N and P type res>0.5ohm.cm
2. wash-free is the better
3. without infusible substances and air bubbles
4. Origin from famous manufacture is prefer
C  Bare broken/ scrap IC/solar wafer
1. purity>6N and P type res>0.5ohm.cm
2. diameter >= 50 mm
3. thickness: > 400 um
4. wash-free is prefer
 
D  Bare broken/scrap Solar cell

2. thickness: > 200 um
3. diameter >= 50 mm
