Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is Shanghai Fudan Netwin Tech. & Investment Co., LTD. of China. Now we are willing to purchase iron ore fines graded 63.5 above from your estimated company.

Our company is a professional purchase agent of China’s giant steel factories such as Bao Steel, Tang Steel, and etc. They authorized us the priority to sign contract with you to purchase resource including iron ore, copper and oil.

The following is the conditions we require:

2.       Payment:

Within 5 (five) banking days After signing the Contract, The Seller shall issue Performance Guarantee Bond (PGB) in favour of the Buyer to the Buyer’s bank. The amount of the Performance Guarantee Bond is 2.0 % (USD***)of the amount of one shipment. Performance Guarantee Bond (PGB) shall be unconditional, irrevocable, workable and in the form of Bank’s Performance Guarantee Bond (BANK GUARANTY) provided by the buyer’s Bank, as per agreed draft attach in Appendix。At same time, The Seller shall issue Performance Guarantee Bond same condition

Within 5 (five) banking days upon receipt Performance Guarantee Bond (PGB) from the Seller’s bank，, Buyer should issue the irrevocable，Fully-Transferable for noly once time within 7 days after goods arrived at destination port letter of credit in favour of the Seller to the Seller’s bank . The 95% of shipment value will be paid against full set of documents, and 5% of shipment value will be paid again the inspection report issued by CIQ.

3.       Quantity:200,000MT/month

4.       Price:110USD/MT

5.       Term:1 year-3 years
