Goldenberry preserves

Goldenberry,also be called physalis,it's one of the largest special local product of China,annual herbage plant.The mature physalis take on yellow golden color, the feeling in the mouth is sour and sweet but is crisp, therefore is also called "the golden fruit" in many countries. From the analysis report from the Authoritative Healthy Examination Center,the physalis contains 18 kinds of amino acids and 21 kinds of microelements and mineral substance such as calcium,zinc,magnesium,selenium;with eight kinds of vitamine such as A, B, C, D, E. Physalis fruit is rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid and unsaturated fatty acid,of which the linoleic acid reaches as high as 72% in the physalis seed.
