Melamine Superplasticizer

Melamine Superplasticizer (SM Water-reducer, Sulphonation Melamine Water Reducer) is a kind of water soluble anion dielectrical material of high polymer and has strong absorption and dispersion to cement.

Characteristics:

Off-white powder, high water-reducing rate, non-air entraining, low chlorine ion content (no corrosion to steel bar and good adaptability to various cements). Using this product, early strength and anti-permeability of concrete are obviously improved. Concrete constructing, water-retaining and adaptability of steam curing will be better.

Suggested mixing amount: 0.3-1.0% (of cement amount)

Application:
This product can be applied in the High strength concrete, High fluidity concrete, High duration concrete, Calcium aluminate refractory concrete, Low cement refractory concrete and, Steam curing concrete, High strength mortar, Gypsum product, Self-flowing ground, and Stuffing material Grouting materials etc. It also can be used as the brightened agent for manufacturing the colored ground brick and tunnel liner.

Packing: 20kgs/plastic sealed bag with liner.

Storing: This powder is easy to absorb moisture in the air and protect it in sealed bag. Storage period is 12 months.
