Tasting comments:

Cabernet Sauvignon:
Mix of menthol, eucalyptus and blackberry complexity. Deliciously fine tannins with waves of blackberry and mixed dark fruits. This is an intense and powerful red wine with a full body and structure with fantastic maturation potential.

Shiraz:
Our Shiraz displays good integration between fruit, spice and wood, and its lingering finish suggests it to be a rewarding wine for drinking and enjoying with food. Rich and expressive, this wine has presence and powerful structure.  This is a beautifully layered shiraz- a genuinely complex wine, with a full mouth-feel, integrated tannin structure and a lingering black fruit finish.

Red Diamond:
The three varietals each contribute unique flavours and character to the wine to make this a wonderful drinking experience. The wine will mature and soften beautifully over the next 5 years.
