Big Thermoplastic Convex Road-Marking Machine

1. Engine: The 42Hp water-cooled electric startup diesel engine with four-cylinder inline, low noise and environmental protection has water temperature, voltage and engine oil indication, whose max rotating speed is 3000r/min. The fuel tank's cubage: 60L.
2.Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system with automatic brake device, which can be freely operated in forward, back off or stop(HTS)
3.Driving speed：Forward: 0-22km/h; Back off: 0-12km/h; Max climbing capacity: 15°.
4. Heating: Heating transfer oil ensures the heating more homogeneous, safety and friendly to the environment.
5. Glass beads dispensing system: The dispenser works synchronously with the paint screeding system, which ensures the dispensing evener and more economical.
6.Marking bucket: On the left(or right), right side equip with double or single variable(vibrating bucket, closing normal marking bucket and opening normal marking bucket) heat preservation marking bucket controlled by hydraulic pressure which can mark double real line or single line. The structure board adopts imported high temperature resistance (2000℃) and oxidation resistance hold size special steel sheet, which has more stability after being punched. The plinth used tailor-made alloy steel pneumatically actuated structure. And the floor knife adopts hard tungalloy knife-head .The manufacture techniques ensure better sensibility, abrasion proof and firmness, which make sure  more regular convex shape, more straight bottom line edge, and the more perfect head. The configuration standard of bucket is 150mm.(Option for other size according to the needs of customer)
7.Electronic control: Equip with independent operating panel for vibrating marking and normal marking. And each of these two kinds has various types standard space , which realizes the micro-electronics intelligent control. Freely adjust the quantity, length, height and space of convex according to the needs of customer, and the standard height of convex is 3-7mm.
8.Chassis: Firm welding frame, four-wheel structure, as well as the gas-filled pressure wheels, and the diameter is: φ520mm. There is a seat on left side or right side for the operator, and the driver can freely control the directions by the hydraulic driving steering-wheels; and equip with stable brake system, which makes the running safer.
9. Paint tank: The paint tank is made of cold-rolling oxidation resistant steel heated by heating transfer oil, and its heating temperature can be freely controlled according to the different kinds of coating chosen by the owners; Equip with erect type hand stirrer device, and the capacity of tank: 450kg.
10. Guide rod: The telescopic guide rod can be freely adjusted to up, down, left and right.
11. Alarming function: Equip with adjustable alarming lamp with flicker frequency, which improves the safety of road marking construction (The direction for the arrow is adjustable.).
12. Transportation: Option for the tilt-trailer (type:TT-TGC) device, easy for the long distance transportation.
13. Size. Weight:  3700mm (length) ×1600mm (width) ×1800mm (height). 1200kg (not including the gas tank, with a 150mm bucket).
