The JB – 500 – 2 mixer is a vacuum mixer, the advantage of this mixer is all the raw materials and supplementary materials are being on mixed in a vacuum condition, thus, there won’t be any air bubble during process, so, the quality of the food material will be much more better. JB – 500 – 3 mixer, base on the last 2 mixers, we installed a cooling system on the JB – 500 – 3, by this way, the raw material is not only processed in the condition of vacuum but also in a condition of low temperature which makes the food materials are being on processed without air bubble and bacterium, and during this process food materials won’t be effected by the temperature, further, the food materials will be kept more fresh and the productivity will be promoted.
