Manufactured in two outer shell fabrics:

• Material/Fabric Type 1 (US Military Contract Specification): 50/50 Nylon/Cotton Sateen Quarpel treated outer shell (MIL-C-43191); durable, long service life, wind resistant, water and stain repellent, superior grade tear and breaking tensile strength, soft silent fabric.
• Material/Fabric Type 2 (NATO and Non-NATO Military & Civil Defence Specification): 65/35 Polyester/Cotton Twill outer shell; rugged, long service life, wind resistant, water and stain repellent, superior abrasion resistance and tear strength, twill fabric.
• Inner liner 100% cotton
• Bi-swing back permits free range of movement
• Additional button-in removable full cold weather Quilted Liner, outer fabric 100% Polyamide with 100% Polyester batting interlining (note: quilted liner is manufactured/supplied as optional item for Type 1 US Military Contract Specification)
• Button down shoulder epaulets
• Cuffs with Velcro® adjustment
• High neck storm collar cold weather closure
• Two large chest pockets with one snap closure
• Two large waist cargo pockets with one snap closure
• Draw string waist, hem and hood provides a custom fit
• Heavy duty zip closure and snap-up storm flap cover
• Concealed adverse weather draw-string hood (concealed in collar zip closure), designed to cover ballistic combat helmets
• Country flags (Lapels) can be sewn to the side upper arm sleeves, otherwise manufactured and supplied without country flags
