This model can be used for measuring the freezing point of either propylene or ethylene glycol based cooling systems.This refractometer has the scales for the freezing points of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol just like the Coolant Checkers. In addition to that, it has the scales for the concentration ( v/v ) of those coolants. Measuring range: Ethylene Glycol: -50C-0C 0 to 70% VOL Propylene Glycol: -50C-0C0 to 70% VOL Resolution: Ethylene Glycol: 5C,5%VOL Propylene Glycol: 5C,5%VOL Calibration: zero calibration with water at 20C
