Production Introduction This product, core board of fireproof door, is consisting of expanded perlite and sodium silicate, has been tested and its test results meet the requirements of non-combustible materials. The burning behaviour of this product is classified as A1 in accordance with GB 8624-2006. 2. Product characteristics . Natural, environmental-protection oriented, no poison and no radioactivity . Fireproof, damp-proof, anti-corrosion . Light, good insulation for head & sound, good heat preservation performance . Available to cut, saw, good plasticity 3. Main performance Density: 200-300kg/cm3 Anti- bend intensity≥8Mpa Compressive strength: 0.35-0.8(Mpa) Thermal conductivity:≤0.035-0.076W/(m.k) Moisture content(%):≤10 Wet expansion rate(%):≤0.25 Fireproof limit: 0.6-2h Fireproof temperature: 1300c Sound-absorption coefficient: 0.03-0.8 4. Product use This product is widely used for fireproof filling materials for wooden and steel fireproof doors.
