With the use of a differential pressure meter, pressure difference between indoor and outdoor can be timely observed, so as to be able to make proper and timely maintenance on the filtering system. 5 Option of 4Kw and 7.5Kw blowers can be made according to the actual need. 6 Safety doors overpressure protection device is able to guarantee the auto operating of door in case of overpressure in baking varnish chamber, so as to ensure operators safety. 7 Hot air generation frame of this type is made of die-cast aluminum-clad corner and aluminum section material. Thermal insulating plate surface is treated with powder coating. Lower and exhaust blower with equal power, low noise and high wind quality are provided for blowing and exhausting . to adjusting the air charging door and exhausting door can make the baking varnish chamber work in a state of slightly positive pressure. 8 In order to improve illumination over both side of the automobile, ensure real color during spraying and meet the best requirement, four group of downward lamps are fitted on each side of the room. 9 Flame retardant polystyrene insulating wall of H-panel plug with double face sided double-color-coated and double baked varnish.
