Mobile In-Voice Calling Card Mobile In-Voice is a call back service that is the first of In-Voice's service offerings. Mobile In-Voice is currently targeted for business users and overseas foreign workers providing them with a more economical way to communicate with their clients, suppliers, friends and families in other countries. Mobile In-Voice provides customers with the following: An account and a UK based trigger number International local access numbers Web based account management tools Two tiers of call rates: a Standard tier of long distance call rates that are competitive with similar international callback services a Premium tier of long distance call rates that are competitive with the quality of service offered by national telephone carriers PC soft phone and Instant Messenger for Voice over Internet calls to other PCs, SIP phones or fixed line or mobiles Online trigger capability for call back SMS trigger capability for call back Full customer service support The Call Back service is designed to provide the user with a more economical way of making international calls. This is possible by "bypassing" the local carrier's international carrier service and connects with QiComm's least cost routing (LCR) global infrastructure. The "trigger" numbers allow the user access to this infrastructure providing them with a lower cost in calling. The numbers are switch-based which means that the numbers allocated will allow QiComm to track the usage of the service via the account and PIN registration which is stored on a central database which is linked to the switch. The service is a prepaid service, meaning that the user buys the initial service with a value allowing it to make calls. The user needs to top up the account on a regular basis based on the usage. The advantage is that you can use this service from any mobile phone and any fixed line number as long as you submit that as the call back number. The advantage is that while enabling the call back service, you do not incur the international calling charges as you only have to ring your unique trigger number, and then hang up. The Switch then calls the user back on the number he/she has pre-programmed and via an IVR system follows the instructions to key in the number the user wishes to contact. This means that the switch will make the call and routes it via QiComm's international voice infrastructure to the calling party. Since both legs are received as incoming calls, you will not be charged for the call. There are only a few countries where there may be a minimal charge for incoming calls.
