Yard visit - depends on the status of the Buyer may be allowed after Pre Advise LC

Loading port - at buyer's own cost

Procedures:

1. send LOI with banking details

2. Seller's representative sends FCO

3. After FCO, Buyer send SWIFT to seller's bank MT799 for RWA

4. Seller issues the draft contract

5. Buyer issues pre advise LC for seller's approval

6. Buyer establishes non operative BG or DLC

7. Seller issues PB to activate LC

8. Shipment takes place
