1) Minimum Quantity per Month 5,000MT – Maximum per shipment 10,000MT.

2) Payment must be for minimum 5,000MT even if Shipment is below 5000MT  per Loading & Maximum per month is 30,000MT .

3) During Signing of Contract/SPA:-

- Vessel Q88 must be presented in order for Petronas Approval –vessel must be  less than 15 years  old.

-  Local Bank Draft or TT in RM equivalent Must be Issued within 3 Banking Days to Seller after signing of SPA

-  Draft SPA Requirements must be complied with

4) Payment by Other Methods on the discretion of Seller can or may be considered

            - FFDLC  at sight from Malaysian Bank or Singapore Bank

            - DLC  at sight from Malaysian Bank or Singapore Bank

            - SBLC from Prime Bank on a Bank to Bank Basis

(This  must be, Transferable, Divisible & Assignable  Confirmed, Irrevocable and the verbiage needs to be approved & acceptable by Seller’s Bank  before signing of SPA) 

Commissions: 50% Closed on Seller's Side ; 50% Open to Buyer's Side. 

Any Additional Commissions required (subject to Sellers Acceptance) will incur 26% cost of the markup

End Buyers LOI /ICPO Made out to Baron's Court (S/B). 

Buyers Bank Coordinates for issuing Bank Draft , TT & or FFDLC /SBLC or DLC at sight will only be provided after final Draft of SPA being approved.
