PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

KORLLIN PO785 is a PE based masterbatch containing natural inorganic powder. It is typical applications are film, weaving tapes, sheet and pipe extrusion as well as blow molding. It can also be successfully used in film applications such as HDPE shopping bags to improve optical and mechanical properties whilst providing significant cost reduction potential. It ensures the production of high quality, high gloss film with an excellent surface for printing. At concentrations of 10% of masterbatch, PE film tensile strength will be slightly increased. Users should satisfy themselves that film strength will remain adequate when at concentration of 30% of masterbatch.

METHOD OF ADDITION

PO785 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.

ADDITION RATE

The recommended addition level is 10% to 20% by weight of the masterbatch depending on the film thickness, the extrusion conditions and the final film application.
