PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

PE985S is an LDPE based masterbatch containing natural inorganic powder and other reagent. It is a kind of water-absorb masterbatch newly developed which is aimed to solving the problem of drying recycled plastic PE, PP before the injection molding and extrusion molding. After the adding of our product, you can process PE, PP directly without drying. This masterbatch contains water-absorb material which can react with water in high temperature. The masterbatch becomes another compound of organic and inorganic in final material. PE985S addition to recycled PE, PP has the following advantage: providing significant cost reduction potential; saving the energy cost; decreasing the emission of CO₂; increasing your production efficiency; no need drying equipment.

METHOD OF ADDITION

PE985S is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.

ADDITION RATE

The recommended addition level is 3% to 8% by weight of the masterbatch depending on the water content in the recycled PE and PP.
