STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES ：

After the drum is driven by the motor to the full speed.the feed valve automatically tums open and the material is fed into the drum througt the feed pipe. With the help of the rabble blade.the solid-phase material is evenly distributed inside the drum.and under the action of the centrifugal force,the liquid-phase material passes through the filter cloth and the filler holes on the drum and then discharged out of the machine via the liquid discharging pipe.As the thickness of the filter cake increades,the rabble blade rotates correspondingly and then it tums to a certain angle,it touches the limit switch and cuts off the time relay and thus the feed valve is shut off and the feeding stops,At the same time,the washing valve automatically tums open and the washing liquid is spayed onto the filter cake by means of the washing pipe,After the thorough washing of the cake,the washing valve is shut off and the centrifuge continues dehydrating and spin-drying ,Then the scraper rotates and scrapes off the material, which is discharged out of the machine by means of gravity.

APPLICATIONS：

Model GK centrifuge is a type of scraper discharging filtrating centrifuge with continuous running and intermittent operation.it is applicable to the separation of the suspension liquid containing solid-phase material with the granule size greater than 10μm ,with the granule concentration by weight greater 25% and with the viscosity less than 102Pa.s. A combined hydranulic and electric control mode is adopted for centrifuges of this series and the automation of relatively high degree is realized. The feeding,dehydrating,washing and discharging can either be manually operated with the operating time for each procedure adjustable. or can be full-automatically controlled be PC. Horizontal scraper centrifuges have found wide applications in chemical,light-industry,food.pharmacy.metallurgical and other industries for the separating of hundreds of materials such as thiamine,sodium sulfate,nickel sulfate,ferrous sulfate,starch,boric acid,anthracene,polycinyl chloride,urea,heay alkali,sodium hydroxide,common salt, potassium chloride,potassium sulfate,etc.
