FQ300 is designed for sample pad, conjugate and absorbent pads slitting by sheet format. It normally use dish blade for clean cut. Optional flat cut model is available. It’s made of drive unit and blades module. It’s very easy to change blade module to get different strip width. It’s also easy to just change the down blade set with new width gasket to match the same up blade set. Each damaged blade could be changed.

GQ300 is designed to cut Lateral Flow and Dry Chemistry card at fixed width. It’s made of drive unit and blade module. A platform with linear guide serves as material feeder. It’s quite convenience for material positioning and safe operation. Special localizer could be made to adapt card with position roles. OEM model is available.
The blades module could be changed easily for different strip width. Each damaged blades could be changed though a new blades assembling procession is needed. Standard blade comes with 4 mm width. The minimum width is 3mm.
