While non-silvers copper based eclectics contact material possesses a certain anti oxidation ability yet in operation, oxidation of the surface of copper based contact often occurs, electric resistance surface increases causing the temperature raising of disconnectors. Especially during the operation of disconnectors melting loss of high temperature elective are on the surface of contacts may damage the integrity of the surface of contacts, greatly influence the surface elective resistance of the copper based contact and so the popularization of application of non-sliver copper based contact in the low voltage electric equipment industry. A layer of welding material may be compounded to the base of the compound electric contact, to ensure the welding quality.
